Patrycja Riera is a passionate inclusion architect. As a researcher, strategist, speaker, and moderator, Patrycja is passionate about facilitating strategic conversations around inclusion. She is the CEO of Inclusionem, where she builds strategic data-driven inclusion in organizations to make them fit for humans and fit for the future.
Patrycja believes that strong teams include humans who are felt, seen and valued and, as such, devotes herself to building relationships that will create lasting change
No half measures
Patty leads with unwavering dedication. She believes in quality over everything. She works with senior and executive leaders in management consulting, global law firms, financial institutions, large international organizations and government entities. All solutions she develops are based on research and business knowledge – built from over 1500 hours of coaching and facilitation.
Patty looks for and finds good in all people and situations, seeing potential and drawing it out. She lives out “diversity and inclusion”, allowing herself to be challenged and welcoming growth. Always ready to go the extra mile, what you see is what you get; Patty is authentic. She never gives up.
A purpose-driven family
As a dual-career couple, Patrycja and her husband, Ernesto, are purpose-driven. They share a deep commitment to inclusion, which they instil in their children by raising them in a household that celebrates diversity. For Patty, community is everything; she models this for her children. Their home is a hub for family and friends, and you are assured of good coffee and delicious food with every visit.
Accomplishments
Patrycja’s passion for inclusive workplaces shines through in her Doctoral research on Inclusive Leadership. Often asked to advise organizations on creating a truly inclusive culture, Patrycja looks at structures, data, processes, and leadership to help implement practical ideas and practices within the broader organizational context. She connects the dots.
