I work closely with you to create a more inclusive workplace culture and to develop inclusive leadership skills. I guide the process of developing and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies specific to your organization's needs. And then, the frosting on the cake is that I help you measure the impact of your DE&I initiatives to make sure it’s working and actually changing things for the better.

For those who don’t know - I’m a data head. I know how to collate and interpret data related to organizational culture and leadership. I help individuals and organizations understand where they’re at, where they want to be, and what the gap is in relation to creating truly inclusive and human-centric leaders, teams, and organizations. I use traditional as well as experiential human focussed methods: surveys, focus groups, interviews and observations.
