About Me
Family and community are two biggies for me. Having lived in different parts of the world, I have spent a lot of my time hanging out with unique and diverse people. It can be tough living and working with people from all over the world; it’s safe to say that inclusion has taken on a whole new meaning to me. I obsessively work to keep impact fully present in everything I do. I translate complexity into simplicity to design practical solutions for my clients. I also gain much personal fulfilment from creating healthy, inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen and valued. Solid and honest connections mean a lot to me. I don't pretend I have it all or I know it all. I always know I am learning, experimenting, and building relationships and communities of change.
SIMPLICITY
I distil complex ideas into simple step-by-step solutions. Often, we overcomplicate things - perhaps to validate, perhaps to sell, or maybe even to show off... I don't work like that. I approach each challenge with the question: "What is the best and most practical solution for right now?"

My Family
Wife and mother of two
Our family is a mix of Polish, Panamanian, and other "flavors." My partner and I are a dual-career couple and love supporting each other on our impact journeys.
My Home
My people
My home is my husband and my kids. As a multi-international family, home is where we are, where our friends and community are — currently living in Dubai.
Connection
Connections are about leaving the other person in a better off place. Deeper, non-transactional connections build honest conversations and feedback.
